A premier luxury fashion brand needed to unify its digital e-commerce storefront with its 15 physical boutiques across the Middle East.

The Challenge

They frequently encountered 'overselling' issues, where a rare item was bought online but had just been sold in-store minutes prior. Their legacy POS and web platforms were entirely disconnected.

Engineered Solution

We developed a centralized headless commerce engine utilizing Next.js for the frontend and a highly optimized PostgreSQL database. We built custom POS software for the physical stores that instantly locks inventory globally the moment an item is scanned at a register.
